While torturing an elderly citizen named Ashraf Munyar, in the manner of interrogation, a gang points to two plastic bags near him and asks, "What is in them, where are you going, where did you come from, are there goats, how many people will eat them?"
The tortured senior citizen says at one point that he is taking meat to his daughter's family.
The senior citizens from Jalgaon district were going to their daughter's house in Malegaon by train.
Dissatisfied with the senior citizen's answer, the people continue to ask him questions about the meat and are also seen making videos on their phones.
At one point the senior citizens say that they have buffalo meat in bags.

Maharashtra Animal Preservation Act 1976 Prohibits the slaughter of cows and bullocks. However, buffaloes are not banned under this law.
The Railway Commissioner has confirmed the incident and registered a First Information Report or FIR in the matter.
