DC Muhammad Ali's open court in his office, urging the concerned officers to take legal action without delay


Faisalabad(94 news ) In connection with the implementation of the open door policy on the instructions of the Punjab government, Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Ali set up an open court outside his office and urged the concerned officers to take immediate action after listening to the issues related to various departments of the people.
Additional Deputy Commissioner Headquarters Afifah Shajia was also present. The Deputy Commissioner told the petitioners that the district administration is taking serious steps to solve their problems and the performance of the district departments is also being closely monitored in this regard. He asked the officers not only to ensure the implementation of the open door policy but also to submit a report on the redressal of public grievances to them on a daily basis. He clarified that the officers who are not interested in solving the problems of citizens An explanation will be sought from. He also ordered to call the officers on the complaints of some petitioners and inform them about the compliance report.
