Chairperson National Commission for Human Rights and Member Commission(Punjab) Visit to Faisalabad

Faisalabad (94 news) Chairperson National Commission for Human Rights Rabia Jawiri Agha and Member Commission(Punjab) Nadeem Ashraf visited Faisalabad and held separate meetings with the bonded labor community and minorities at the Commissioner's office along with Divisional Commissioner Muhammad Shahid Niaz.

Additional Commissioner Revenue Tariq Khan Niazi, Director Provincial Coordinator Muhammad Khalid, officers of WASA, Labor, Punjab Police and other relevant departments, labor leaders and leaders of minorities were also present. The Chairperson of the National Commission for Human Rights said that steps are being taken to prevent human rights violations. During the meeting, issues such as out-of-school children, social security cards of workers, minimum wages, early marriage of girls were presented.
