On behalf of Livestock Punjab, the process of inspection and renewal of feed manufacturing units is in progress

Faisalabad(94 News Mian Nadeem Ahmed) In order to ensure the effective and actual implementation of the Punjab Animals Feedstuff and Compound Feed Act, 2016, the inspection and renewal process of various feed manufacturing units in Faisalabad district is going on by the Department of Livestock Punjab. In this regard, Additional Director Livestock District Faisalabad, Dr. Rubina Anjum, along with the respective Deputy Directors Livestock, made a detailed inspection of various feed mills established in Chak Jhumra and Faisalabad. Briefing. On this occasion, Dr. Rubina Anjum, as a feed inspector, collected samples from different batches of feed and sent them to the laboratory for analysis. Moreover, the management of feed mills was instructed to follow standard operating procedures in each section of the feed mill. (SOPs) They should be displayed at prominent places and ensure full implementation of all legal requirements along with the production of quality feed keeping in mind the health of the animals. He said that the Livestock Department is continuously monitoring and checking the feed manufacturing units to protect the health of livestock and supply safe and quality feed.
