Senate passes resolution condemning publication of blasphemous sketches in France

Millions of Muslims have been hurt by the publication of obscene cartoons. A copy of the resolution will be handed over to the ambassador posted in Pakistan.
In the Senate meeting, a resolution was passed condemning the publication of obscene cartoons in France. The resolution was presented by the Leader of the House, Dr. Shahzad Wasim. It was said in the resolution that it is regrettable that such measures are supported by the French government. Millions of Muslims have been hurt by the publication of offensive cartoons. A copy of the resolution will be handed over to the ambassador posted in Pakistan.
In the meeting, Tehreek-e-Insaf Senator Azam Swati said that the events in France had hurt the hearts of Muslims. PML-N Senator Mushahadullah Khan said that the largest population in the world is of Christians, France also has a large Christian population. We should talk to the Christian community about this. If the Muslim world boycotts French products, France will suffer.
In this regard, the Christian community should also play its role. Senator Faisal Javed said that the way Prime Minister Imran Khan has raised his voice on the French initiative is unprecedented in history. The Prime Minister has given a very clear message to the French President.

Leader of Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam, Senator Ataur Rehman, said that the French ambassadors should be sent back immediately. The embassy should not be opened until the French government apologises. Pakistan continues to be accused of terrorism, in Europe there is a law that insulting the Prophet is punishable by death.
