Indiscriminate action is being taken against illegal housing schemes, DGFDA

Faisalabad(94 news) Comprehensive steps have been taken by FDA to provide excellent services in approval matters for orderly establishment of housing schemes. Director General FDA Muhammad Sohail Khawaja said this while meeting developers of Canal Road, Sheikhupura Road, Satyana Road and other areas. He said that indiscriminate action is being taken against illegal and unapproved housing schemes, however, a separate cell has been established to provide speedy departmental services to the developers regarding the approval of housing schemes so that it is easy to meet the legal requirements and deal with office matters. He asked the developers to pay their government dues immediately so that they do not face any hardship.

The Director General said that the survey of new business opportunities in the city has also been completed so that the government revenue can be increased by effective implementation of the commercialization policy. He said that notices have also been issued to the non-paying FDA City Allies to pay the arrears, while the plots of those who have not deposited more installments will be canceled and auctioned afresh.
