The Supreme Court should play a role in removing obstacles in the election, Chairman PTI
Islam Abad (94 news) PTI Chairman Barrister Gauhar says that the Supreme Court should play its role to remove the obstruction in the election.
While talking to the media in Islamabad, Barrister Gohar said that we had applied in the Peshawar High Court to restore the bat symbol. 2 تاریخ کو اٹارنی جنرل نے کہا کہ میں عدالت میں نہیں تھا۔ ان کا کہنا ہےکہ آج ہم نے درخواست سپریم کورٹ میں دائر کی، نمبر الاٹ ہو چکا، عدالت سے درخواست کی ہے کہ سماعت کریں۔
Barrister Gauhar said that if people win the elections by fighting independently, then the system will lose, give everyone a level playing field, that is why they are struggling.
He said that the Peshawar High Court had ordered that our symbol be returned, then the Election Commission requested that this relief be withdrawn.
چیئرمین پی ٹی آئی کا کہنا ہے کہ نشان کے بغیر انتخابات سے خصوصی نشستوں کا کیا ہو گا؟ آج بلے کے نشان کے لیے درخواست سپریم کورٹ میں جمع کرائی ہے۔
They say that depriving the reserved seats will promote horse trading, and transparent elections are important to promote a strong state.
Barrister Gauhar says that the biggest challenge we are facing is that once the bat sign is allotted to someone, it cannot be given to the other party again. We are trying to get the bat sign back, requesting the Supreme Court to hear our petition soon. People should not get confused, as many rejected papers will be restored by going to court.
