Recovery of government arrears should be accelerated, Member Board of Revenue Nabeel Javed

Faisalabad(94 news) The meeting was held under the chairmanship of Senior Member Board of Revenue Nabil Javed. Commissioner Faisalabad Salut Saeed and Deputy Commissioner Abdullah Nayarsheikh participated through video link. In the meeting, a briefing was given on the recovery of government arrears in other sectors including stamp duty, agricultural income tax. Senior Member Board of Revenue Punjab directed that the campaign against defaulters should be intensified. He said that revenue officers should be assigned responsibilities and their performance should be continuously monitored. Faisalabad Commissioner informed about the latest progress of government arrears recovery campaign in the division. Commissioner Faisalabad also informed about the overall performance of the Finance Department. Also briefing about e-registration system in Faisalabad.
