Karachi (94 news) Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faiz Isa while giving remarks during the hearing of the case in the Supreme Court Karachi Registry said that the government institutions are nurturing the employees and they are being given salaries.
تفصیلات کے مطابق چیف جسٹس قاضی فائز عیسیٰ کی سربراہی میں جسٹس جمال خان مندوخیل اور جسٹس نعیم اختر افغان پر مشتمل بینچ نے سپریم کورٹ کراچی رجسٹری میں حیدر آباد ڈویلپمنٹ اتھارٹی کے کنٹریکٹ ملازمین کو برخاست کرنے کیخلاف درخواست پر سماعت کی۔ درخواست گزاروں کے وکیل کی جانب سے اطمینان بخش جواب نہ ملنے پر سپریم کورٹ نے برہمی کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ ہم دیکھیں گے کہ سرکاری محکمے کر کیا رہے ہیں؟ صرف ملازمین کو پال رہے ہیں، صرف لوگوں کو سرکاری نوکریوں میں بھرا جا رہا ہے، ملازمین کو بٹھا کر تنخواہیں دی جا رہی ہیں، حکومت کے پاس کچھ کرنے کو چار آنے نہیں ہیں۔ جسٹس فائز عیسیٰ کا کہنا تھا کہ بس کہا جاتا ہے خدمت کر رہے ہیں، ایک ایک اسامی پر تین تین گنا ملازمین کو بھرتی کر رہے ہیں، سرکاری نوکریاں ان کو پکڑنی ہوتی ہیں جو قابل ہی نہیں ہوتے، غیر قانونی بھرتیوں کا بوجھ سندھ کے عوام پر کیوں ڈالیں؟
Petitioner Advocate Malik Naeem said that the recruitments were done under the President and Governor's package, the government itself started the project and later sent back the employees. On this, Justice Qazi Faiz Isa said that we should not run the government, they should run the government themselves, have they flouted the law in the name of authority, what authority do the president and the governor have? Did they have their own money? We will not allow the Constitution to be flouted. How did the President get the power to distribute money to whoever he wanted? On which the petitioner's lawyer said that the recruitments took place during the tenure of General Musharraf, the package was received.
Justice Qazi Faiz Isa said that if the foundation of something is wrong then this is what happens, the thing cannot stand, talk about the people of the province, what have they got? What are the roads, water, electricity? Will you continue to pay all the money in salaries?
