According to the details, the helicopter Mi 171E of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa was tendered for overhauling in 2017 and the company that tried to award the contract estimated three million dollars, after which the provincial government contacted a Russian company that agreed to overhaul at $1.7 million, then the helicopter was sent to Russia in 2018, which has not yet returned to Pakistan. When the provincial ministers and relevant bureaucratic officials were contacted in this regard, they turned out to be unaware of this situation, but the helicopter has not yet returned.
