The NAB has not closed any inquiry against Khawaja Saad Rafique

Islam Abad (94 news) NAB has made it clear that the inquiry against PML-N leader Khawaja Saad Rafiq has not been closed.

In the statement issued by the NAB spokesperson, it has been said that no inquiry has been closed against Khawaja Saad Rafiq, the news about the closure of the railway land lease inquiry is not true, the media should avoid speculations.

It should be noted that earlier some TV channels had claimed with reference to NAB sources that the inquiry against Khawaja Saad Rafiq regarding lease of railway land has been closed. According to NAB sources, it was claimed that land on Walton Road Lahore and UET was illegally acquired against Khawaja Saad Rafiq. 33 There was an allegation of giving annual lease, however, he leased the land to the highest bidder, hence the inquiry against him has been closed.
