Conducting a five-day training workshop under Higher Education at GC Women University


Faisalabad(94 News City Reporter) A five-day capacity building training workshop was organized by the Office of Research and Innovation under the National Outreach Program of the Higher Education Commission at GC Women University Faisalabad with the support of the Higher Education Commission. The aim of the workshop is to improve the management skills of administrators of prominent educational institutions of Faisalabad. In the workshop, GC Women University and National Textile University. 30 Administrative heads are participating. Comprised of five comprehensive modules, this workshop covers key aspects of management skills including management and interpersonal skills, leadership strategy and policy, business communication, financial management, and procurement planning. Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Kanwal Amin (Medal discrimination) She is the convener of the workshop, while the director of Oric, Dr. Hara Munir, is performing the duties of the supervisor. There is significant progress towards improvement. He emphasized the importance of capacity building of teaching and non-teaching staff. And said that capacity building of the administrative officers is as important as the teaching staff because a well-rounded and trained staff can play a key role in the success of the institution.
Professor Dr. Kanwal Amin said that the vision of the university is compatible with the vision of the Higher Education Commission and said that ethics, technical, and management skills are indispensable in professional life.
