The tax record of Justice Qazi Faiz Issa's wife was submitted to the Supreme Court

Islam Abad (94 news) The Federal Board of Revenue has submitted the tax records of Justice Qazi Faiz Isa's wife to the Supreme Court of Pakistan.

Justice Qazi Faiz Isa's constitutional petition against the presidential reference was heard again in the Supreme Court today. Justice Qazi Faiz Isa's lawyer Munir A. Malik also presented the document in the Supreme Court and started the counterarguments.
Munir A. Malik argued that there were allegations of malice on the Supreme Judicial Council in the Iftikhar Chaudhry case. He said that the Supreme Judicial Council had not given any decision on malice, it is expected that I will not have to discuss the malice of the Judicial Council.

Munir A. Malik says that today and half 10 I will complete the arguments by noon, I don't understand what the government actually has a case for? Farogh Naseem had said that his original case is not the one in the reference.

He said that referring to the letter from the wife of British judge Justice Gibraltar and his dismissal, Justice Gibraltar had associated himself with the wife's campaign.

Munir A. Malik argued that Justice Qazi Faiz Isa never attributed the wife's properties to himself, in election and NAB laws, the husband is responsible for the wife's assets.

He said that Farogh Naseem said that Justice Qazi Faiz Isa was late in coming to the Supreme Court. Unfortunately, Farogh Naseem has boarded the wrong bus.

Munir A. Malik says that instead of going to the FBR, the government came to the Supreme Judicial Council, let the FBR do its work, we never obstructed it.

He said that Justice Qazi Faiz Isa challenged the reference for the sake of his honor and that of the judiciary, he wants the judiciary to declare the reference against Justice Qazi Faiz Isa invalid

Munir A. Malik said in his arguments that there is a difference between the orders of the Supreme Judicial Council and the show cause notice.
