During Idt Nikah case against founder PTI and Bushra Bibi, request to stop hearing rejected

Islam Abad (94 news) The District and Sessions Court Islamabad rejected the plea to stop the hearing of the lawyers in the case of Iddat Nikah against founder PTI Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi.

سینئر سول جج قدرت اللّٰہ نے اڈیالہ جیل میں عدت میں نکاح کیس کی سماعت کی۔ وکلاء صفائی عثمان گل اور دیگر عدالت میں پیش ہوئے جبکہ خاور مانیکا کے وکیل راجہ رضوان عباسی کے جونیئر بھی عدالت پہنچے۔ وکیل صفائی عثمان گل نے دلائل دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ بشریٰ بی بی کی عدم موجودگی میں فرد جرم عائد کی گئی، فرد جرم دوبارہ بھی عائد نہیں کی جاسکتی، اس مرحلے پر دوران عدت نکاح کیس کی سماعت نہیں کی جاسکتی۔

Usman Gul further said that the court's order of January 16 has been challenged in the Islamabad High Court, the marriage did not take place within the limits of this court, so the court cannot hear the case. Judge Qudratullah remarked that if any decision comes from the Islamabad High Court, then we look at it.

The District and Sessions Court Islamabad will hear the case further tomorrow (19 January) Adjourned until
