Campaign against FDA encroachment continues, seized goods and sent challan to Special Judicial Magistrate

Faisalabad(94 News City Reporter) On the instructions of Director General FDA Muhammad Asif Chaudhry, a vigorous campaign against encroachments is going on in residential colonies and commercial markets under the control of FDA. 35 The challan against the shopkeepers was sent to the court of the Special Judicial Magistrate. According to the details, the anti-encroachment team of FDA led by Inspectors Aslam Ansari, Sanaullah and other staff under the supervision of Director State Management One Junaid Hasan Manj and headed by State Officer Mian Qamar Shehzad conducted an inspection and some shopkeepers in Motor Market Jhang Road and Golestan Colony had blocked the public places and public roads by keeping business goods, due to which the traffic flow was obstructed. The anti-encroachment team of the FDA carried out a quick operation to eliminate the encroachment and clear the routes, seizing the equipment used in the encroachment. 35 The challan against the vendors has been sent to the court of the Special Judicial Magistrate. The FDA administration has issued a warning that the vendors should conduct business within their limits and criminal cases may be registered against those who do not comply.
