FDA's operation against encroachment continues

Faisalabad (94 news) On the instructions of Director General FDA Muhammad Asif Chaudhry, the operation against encroachments and illegal constructions in residential colonies and commercial markets controlled by FDA has been accelerated.

According to the details, the enforcement team of FDA under the leadership of State Officer Anib Aslam Randhawa conducted an operation on Satyana Road and cleared the encroachments on the footpath and public passageways by the shopkeepers and the equipment used in the encroachment was also seized. Besides, the enforcement team of FDA sealed the buildings under construction on plots under survey no. 143 and 144 in Chauhra Majra without map approval and issued notices to the owners and directed them to submit the fixed fee for the construction of new buildings and get approval of the building plan from FDA, otherwise they will not be able to continue the construction. The FDA administration has warned that permanent and temporary encroachments and illegal constructions should be avoided, otherwise strict legal action will be taken against the violators. In this regard, illegal constructions can also be demolished.
