When you give him money according to his wish, then why can't you take the fruit according to your wish? Is this not corruption? Where only the poor are exploiting the people.

2. Corruption of the gatekeeper

4۔ اخلاقی کرپشن

بڑے ادب اور معذرت کیساتھ ہمارے ملک میں کسی بھی فیلڈ میں آنے کے لئے یا تو آپ کو رشوت دینی پڑتی یا پھر تگڑی سفارش۔ اگر آپکے پاس دونوں چیزیں نہ ہوں تو خصوصاََ خواتین سے تو یہ تک کہہ دیا جاتا ہے کہ اگر آپ چاہتی ہیں کہ ترقی کی راہیں آپکے لئے ہموار ہوں تو پھر آپکو یقیناََ اپنے سینئیرز کو خوش کرنا ہوگا۔ یعنی کہ انکی شامیں رنگین بنائی جائیں۔ انتہائی افسوس اس بات کا ہے کہ ہمارا معاشرہ کس قدر اخلاقی تنزلی کا شکار ہو چکا ہے۔ جہاں پر نوکری کے لئے میعار ۤپ کا ٹیلنٹ نہیں بلکہ آپ کا گڈ لک ہونا ہے۔ حتیٰ کہ تعلیم کا شعبہ بھی بہت با عزت سمجھا جاتا ہے مگر اس شعبہ میں بھی یونیورسٹی لیول پر اساتذہ کی اپنی سٹوڈنٹس کیساتھ نہایت اخلاق سے گری ہوئی نازیبا حرکات جو کہ ایک استاد کو زیب نہیں دیتی اخلاقی گراوٹ کا جو کی ایک استاد کو زیب نہیں دیتی۔ اخلاقی گراوٹ کا منہ بولتا ثبوت ہے۔

رشتوں میں کرپشن

کیا آپ جانتے ہیں ہم اپنے رشتوں میں بھی کرپشن کرتے ہیں، آئیے بتاتی ہوں وہ کیسے؟

وہ ایسے کہ ماں باپ اللہ کی رحمت ہوتے ہیں۔مگر۔۔۔۔ بہت افسوس کیساتھ مجھے یہاں والدین سے بھی شکایت ہے کیونکہ ہمارے معاشرے میں ہمارے والدین اپنے گھر میں اپنے سب سے فرماندردار بچے چن لیتے ہیں۔ اور پھر سارے خاندان کا بوجھ اسی پر ڈال دیا جاتا ہے اور ساری ذمہ داریاں اسے پر ڈالتے ہوئے ہم اسکو گدھا سمجھ لیتے ہیں کیونکہ اس فرمانبردار کا فائدہ پورا خاندان اٹھاتا ہے۔ جبکہ دوسری طرف جو دوسرا بچہ/شخص جو چیختا چلاتا ہے اور اونچی آواز میں گالیاں دینا جانتا ہے ہم سب اسکے رعب اور ڈر کی وجہ سے اسکی عزت بھی زیادہ اور ذمہ داری بھی کوئی نہیں ڈالتے۔ کیا یہ اس شخص کی ساتھ جو پورے خاندان کا بوجھ اٹھائے ہوئے ہوتا ہے زیادتی نہیں؟ کہ اسکو وہ عزت اور مقام نہیں مل پاتا جو وہ Deserve کرتا ہے۔

ماں باپ اپنی تربیت اور پروان چڑھانے کا سارا قرض اسی ایک بچے سے سود سمیت واپس لیتے ہیں۔ کیا یہ رشتوں کی کرپشن نہیں؟

مجھے ایسا لگتا ہے کہ کرپشن ہمارے پورے جسم میں خون کی طرح سرائت کرچکی ہے۔ آخر میں آپ سے التماس ہے کہ ہم اپنے اند جھانک کر اپنے اندر کی کرپشن کو ختم کرنے کی کوشش کرنی چاہئیے کیونکہ ہم پورے معاشرے کو نہیں بدل سکتے مگر اپنی اپنی سطح پر رہتے ہوئے احساس ضرور دلاتے رہنا چاہئیے۔ اس سے پہلے کہ ہماری کرپشن کی وجہ سے ہمارے وقت ہماری زندگیوں اور ہماری دولت سے برکت اٹھ جائے ہمیں اپنے اپنے حصے کا کام کرنے کی ضرورت ہے۔
