Decided to open 40 more centers in Punjab colleges on employment, agreement


Lahore(94 news) An agreement was reached between the Ministry of Higher Education and Information Technology, the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports and the Punjab IT Board to expand e-employment centers to government colleges in various districts of Punjab. Provincial Minister Raja Yasir Humayun Sarfraz said that in Punjab 33 E-Employment Centers are operational while 40 more e-Employment Centers have been opened in colleges. 73 It will be done. He said that this initiative will give opportunities to the youth in small districts and they will be able to earn income sitting at home by learning skills. Provincial Minister Muhammad Timur Khan said that in districts where there are no universities, the local youth will also be able to benefit from the opening of e-employment center at the college level. Chairman PITB Azfar Manzoor said that by opening e-employment centers at the college level, 25 to 30 thousand youths will be able to receive training annually. The agreement was signed by Chairman PITB Azfar Manzoor, Secretary Higher Education Sajid Zafar, Additional Secretary Higher Education Shahida Farrukh and Secretary Youth Affairs Ehsanullah Bhatta.
