Lahore(94 news) Journalist Izharul Haq, who was arrested by FIA's cyber crime wing, was handed over to FIA on three-day physical remand, but the young journalist says that he will continue to exercise his right to freedom of expression.

Mian Dawood, the lawyer of the accused, requested the court that his client's mobile phone has been seized by the FIA, so now he should be sent to judicial remand instead of physical remand. He further told the court that the FIA did not make a single anti-state material part of the FIR.
Journalist Izharul Haque, who was arrested by FIA, said in a conversation with other journalists on the occasion of appearing in the court that he expressed his opinion on the decision of the government and the Musharraf treason case, while the change in the national anthem was also related to the unconstitutional intervention of institutions, he did not commit any crime. He is a patriotic Pakistani and wholeheartedly accepts the Constitution of Pakistan. Azhar-ul-Haq said that the FIA officials did not issue any notice to him. His residence in Shahdara was raided on Wednesday. He was not present at home but his family members were abused and threatened. He said that if he had committed any crime, he would not have presented himself at the FIA office.
