قاضی فائز عیسیٰ نے کہا کہ کسی وکیل کو نہیں سنیں گے یہ واضح کر رہے ہیں، تقی عثمانی صاحب میں معذرت چاہتا ہوں، وضاحت کرنا چاہتا ہوں جنہیں نوٹس کیا تھا ان کی جانب سے ہمیں بہت ساری دستاویزات ملیں، اگر ان سب کا بغور جائزہ لیتے تو شاید فیصلے کی پوری کتاب بن جاتی، ان تمام دستاویزات کو نہیں دیکھ سکا وہ میری کوتاہی ہے، عدالتی فیصلے میں جو غلطیاں اور اعتراض ہے ہمیں نشاندہی کریں، اگر کوئی بات سمجھ نہیں آئی تو ہم سوال کریں گے، ہمارا ملک اسلامی ریاست ہے، عدالتی فیصلوں میں قرآن و حدیث کے حوالے دیتے ہیں، میں کسی غلطی سے بالاتر نہیں ہوں۔

مفتی طیب قریشی نے چیف جسٹس کو پشاور میں مسجد مہابت خان کے دورے کی دعوت دی، جس پر چیف جسٹس نے کہا کہ یہ مسجد شاید چوک یادگار میں ہے؟ میرے والد نے تحریک پاکستان میں سب سے بہترین تقریر چوک یادگار میں کی تھی، میرے والد کہتے ہیں سارا مجمع مسلم لیگ مخالف تھا تقریر کے بعد سب نے قائداعظم کے نعرے لگائے۔

مفتی طیب قریشی نے کہا کہ مجھ سے پہلے جن علماء نے رائے دی ہے ان سے متفق ہوں۔

صاحبزادہ ابوالخیر محمد زبیر نے کہا کہ سپریم کورٹ نظرثانی فیصلے کا پیراگراف 42 حذف کرے۔
