PIC tragedy, 17 Lawyers bail, released
Lahore(94news) Judge Arshad Hussain Bhutta of Anti-Terrorism Court arrested in PIC attack case 17 Accept bail applications of lawyers. Chaudhary Ghulam Murtaza, Vice President of the Supreme Court Bar, on behalf of the petitioner lawyers, took the position that the police arrested the innocent lawyers while the said lawyers were not present at the time. The court is requested to arrest them. 17 The bail of the lawyers should be approved and ordered to be released.
The public prosecutor objected to the application for bail and said that the arrested lawyers were involved in the incident, so their bail applications should be rejected. Shahbaz, Shahroz, Rana Muhammad Aslam, Asad Salman, Qamar Shahid, Shahid Javed, Rajab Sharif, Muhammad Shahzadul Haque, Malik Tahir Mehmood, Muhammad Usman, Badr Jamal and Bashir Haider are included.
8 days have been completed since the PIC incident, but the lawyers in the subordinate courts have boycotted the court on the eighth day as well. Due to the continuation of the strike by the lawyers, thousands of cases are getting delayed while the citizens coming to the courts are also facing severe difficulties.
