India accepts Pakistan's offer, decides to give consular access to Indian spy Kulbhushan Yadav today

Islam Abad (94 news) India accepted Pakistan's offer to grant consular access to Indian spy Kulbhushan Yadav for the second time. According to diplomatic sources, the Indian Comptroller of Affairs has reached the Foreign Office.

Sources said that Indian spy Kulbhushan Yadav will be given consular access today. It should be remembered that the International Court of Justice ordered Kulbhushan to be granted consular access once. Pakistan offered consular access to Kulbhushan Yadav for the second time, which was accepted by India and Indian officials reached the Foreign Office.

It is to be remembered that earlier the detective had refused to appeal against his sentence.

The Additional Attorney General says that Indian spy Kulbhushan Yadav has refused to file an appeal against his sentence. Additional Attorney General Ahmed Irfan and DG South Asia said in a press conference in Islamabad that India has been offered consular access to Kulbhushan Yadav again, hoping that India will respond positively to Pakistan's offer.

He said that Pakistan has complied with the International Court of Justice, Pakistan's law allows a review of the verdict, but Kulbhushan Yadav has refused to file an appeal against the sentence in the court. He said that the Indian government has requested to present his lawyer, which has been rejected, only lawyers licensed by the Pakistani High Court can appear, Kulbhushan Yadav or his lawyer can file a mercy appeal.
