Islam Abad (94 news) Federal Energy Minister Hamad Azhar says that the IMF is insisting on increasing the electricity rates, but so far our decision is that we will not increase the prices.
Speaking in a program of a private TV channel, he said that the government has taken such measures which will result in stable prices of food items.
Hamad Azhar said that if there is a heavy burden on the people, we will reduce the petroleum development levy.
